Zamek na Skale

Paradise for skiers and snowboarders. In a distance of about 19 km one can find a mountain resort Czarna Gora – sport and recreation center located in Sienna near Stronie Slaskie. The resort offers varios kinds of ski lifts of which chair lift is 1367 m long and operated all year round. Lenght of all ski runs is 8 km in this 4 km of artificially snowed . Ladek Zdroj is situated in the south-east part of Klodzko Area, bordering from the east, south and west with Czech Republic and from the north with Sowie (Owl) Mts and Bardzkie Mts. The main part of Klodzko Area is Klodzko Valley going south-north, surrounded from the east by Zlote (Golden) Mts.,Bialskie Mts. Wojciech (former Marienbad) – first bath unit on discovered here water spring was built by Z. Hofman in 1678-1680 and called after his wife Marienbad. Todays facility was built in 1880 according to Herman Volkel design, a pseudo baroque bath unit with a beautiful pool and 25 marble tubs. It is a real pearl among not only Polish but also European spas. One can make use here of sulphuride-fluoride and beaded baths, of whirpool and vibratory massages, power showers and mudbath. During summer many enthusiasts of walking, horse riding, bikers, paragliders and people who desire to have contact with wonderful nature are arriving here. In the castle there is bicyce hire and horse stud nearby.

• Trzebieszowiece - Pasmo Krowiarek - Konradów - Kąty Bystrzyckie - Lądek Zdrój (24 km)

Flints for climbing (Trojak - 766 m high, Stolowe Skaly - 465-784 m high) offer some ways for climbing for very different degree of advancing persons.
